Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. University Park Family Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO) and certain Medicaid/ Medicare; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Financing Options
We offer free consultations on our services and always infrom you of the cost prior to beginning a treatment program. It is our goal to provide you with the care you need and desire, without letting the expense prevent it.
